Our team of account managers will be on hand to manage your account and provide any answers to any questions you may have.

Listing Creation and Optimisation

We will create a professional listing for you on all the major platforms including AirBNB, Booking.comandHomeAway so your property will get maximum marketing exposure.

Pricing Optimisation

Earn 50-100% more than normal long-term lettings. Our pricing team expertly balance daily rates and occupancy, helping you to earn more.

Guest Support

Our guest support team will manage reservations, check-ins, housekeeping services 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. They make sure every stay will be a 5-star experience.

Professional House Keeping

We provide a full house keeping service which includes the arranging of all hotel quality bedroom linens and bathroom towels. We also provide professional cleaners before and after each stay, ready for the next guest.

Our maintenance support team can provide both maintenance services and repairs, so you don’t have to worry when things go wrong.

Yes – we work with all home owners and property professionals including property sellers, landlords, developers and estate agents.
We have a proven track record for maximising returns, across all of our markets. With our flexible models, we can provide the right mix of long lets, medium lets and short lets. If you are a property professional interested in learning more about our services, we will connect you with a one of our dedicated account managers to discuss a specific solution for your needs.
We also work with home owners, landlords, developers and estate agents to book short term stays for your property while you sell. You can keep your property on the market for sale, while still earning great income between viewings. We manage everything for you.

We recommend all home owners take out home maintenance cover that includes Boiler, Plumbing and Drainage. This will save you money when things go wrong and will accelerate any required repairs.
If you do not have home maintenance cover, we can help you with one off repairs including includes Boiler, Plumbing, Drainage, plus a range of other repairs.
Any required repairs are charged atcost price to you, there are no added charges. There are also no additional managementfees, as management of any issues is already including in your monthly management fee.

You can replace any items directly yourself or we can happily help you with this service at an additional cost.

One of the unique things about the Air Revolution platform is our Owners Portal where you will have your own personal login and be able to see a forecast and history of all of your bookings and earnings in your dashboard. This will give you complete transparency over all your bookings and payments. Here is an example how the owners portal looks.

In all our service options, you are simply charged a flat management fee based on the total monthly revenue that we earn you, including any cleaning fees paid by guests. This covers the complete end to end management service that we provide.

We collect our management fee from your account via monthly Direct Debit. Cleaning fees are also paid to you separately by guests and are in turn collected from your account via monthly Direct Debit.
There are no upfront fees.

For the most popular platforms like Airbnb, you will be paid directly by the platformone day after a guest checks in. For other platforms, we will process the payment on your behalf and this will be paid to you monthly.
All of this occurs automatically.

Cleaning fees are charged directly to guests on each booking and paid toyour account. Cleaning fees are in turn collected from your account via monthly Direct Debit.
In short, your guests will be paying for the cleaning.
The only exception to this is your initial first clean once your property has been newly setup. This clean will be paid for by you.
